A reality-based method of self defense, QDT takes the best techniques from Karate, Kempo, Jujitsu, Aiki-jujitsu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Bando & Filipino Arnis and provides the defensive skills you need to handle a potentially deadly threat.

There is no kata, no sparring…only simple, highly effective self protection skills. QDT covers the most “likely” attack scenarios against both unarmed and armed assailants (knife, club & gun).  Emphasis is on learning effective “in your face” defensive skills.  You need to be prepared whenever the pressure is on!

Monday        7:30 to 8:30 pm   (Empty Hand Defensive Skills)    

Thursday      8:15 to 9:15 pm   (Tactical Weapons: Knife & Combat Cane)
